The 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree program is offered by the College of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics. Ningbo University PRC. This program is conducted by Professors holding PhD degrees from overseas universities with rich working experience in many countries. Mechanical Engineering Program is tailored to meet the needs of international students who wish to earn a world class degree in Mechanical Engineering from China. Ningbo University Mechanical Engineering curriculum is developed in accordance to the Core curriculum of Manufacturing Engineering degree program of Monitoba University Canada, which is one of the international collaborators of Ningbo University. The The 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree program is strong both in training students in practical problem solving-skills, polishing their team-work spirit, as well as in giving students an international perspective of Mechanical Engineering knowledge and capability. Mandarin Chinese language course is provided to international students for basic learning of Mandarin.
Educational Objectives
The Ningbo Mechanical Engineering program will produce mechanical engineering graduates who are able to:
1. Solve mechanical engineering problems by applying contemporary engineering tools to propose and implement effective solutions.
2. Design, develop, implement and improve thermal and mechanical systems.

Engineering Economics, Computer Usage, Engineering Graphics, Physics Strength of Materials, Mechanics of Machine, Production & Manufacturing Systems, Machine Design, Electrical and Electronics, Production Practice, Mechatronic Products Design, Comprehensive Design Project.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Duration: 4 years including internship
Who is eligible to apply?
Those whohave 10+2, O-levels A-Levels, FSc, HSSC, WAEC or Equivalent qualification.
These must include Mathematics AND Physics AND/OR Chemistry AND/OR General Sciences
